On behalf of the entire Garrison, Welcome to Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico – the only federal military installation in the Caribbean.  Fort Buchanan is a team of teams who together ensure readiness by providing opportunities for tough and realistic training, cultivating relationships with our community partners off the installation, and ensuring we have a robust disaster preparedness plan that inculcates unity of effort vice unity of command.
