Mission
The Directorate of Human Resources' mission is to provide equitable, effective and efficient human resources services to all military service members and civilian employees. DHR supports the areas of military and civilian personnel, continuing education, consolidated mailrooms, substance abuse programs, in and out processing, personnel actions and administrative support while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance the well-being of the Wiesbaden military Family.

Workforce Development (WFD) Division
Workforce Development encompasses a wide range of activities, policies and programs employed by Installation Management Command (IMCOM) to sustain and retain a viable civilian workforce that can support current and future best business practices within the organization.

Education Center
The Education Staff provides quality services and programs to active duty, retirees, civilians and family members. Professional guidance counselors provide a full range of adult and continuing education counseling. Individual counseling is available during normal duty hours on a walk-in basis. Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP)
The Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) provides the community with substance use and alchohol abuse prevention activities, confidential employee assistance counseling, and forensic drug testing to sustain military readiness. Click here for more information.
