Request Support

To submit an event or activity for publicity consideration on U.S. Army Wiesbaden communication platforms, you must first submit your event to the USAG Wiesbaden Public Affairs Office at least 30 days prior to your event. Fillable PDF form can be viewed and downloaded here.

Public Affairs does not provide photo support for ceremonies or events except for covering them for official garrison support. To request photo or video documentation of ceremonies, please make a request to the Wiesbaden Training Support Center.

Staffing and time constraints prevent us from attending every function or event in person. As well, every function or event is not necessarily newsworthy. The Garrison welcomes articles and announcement submissions from outside unit public affairs representatives and volunteer writers.
