Legal Center 

We offer walk-in services for powers of attorney (POA) and simple notarizations. 

All other Legal Assistance services (to include notarization of house closing documents) are provided on an appointment basis only.

To request an appointment, please send us an email.

We will do our best to contact you within two business days to set up an appointment. Individuals requiring emergency services will be given the proper priority.

  • Your Name (if applicable, also include spouses’ info)
    • If you are a Service Member, please include your rank.
    • If you are a Civilian, please include your military affiliation i.e.: spouse, DA CIV, contractor, etc.

Mission

The Client Services and Policy Division, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, U.S. Army Europe and Africa aims to provide outstanding personal client legal services to the USAG Wiesbaden military community in numerous areas including legal assistance, claims, SVC representation, and preventative law.

What We Provide

We provide free, confidential legal services and advice to service members, retirees, DoD/DA Civilians and their family members, as well as limited legal assistance to contractors and their family members (when DOD is contractually obligated to provide support--contractors must have "legal assistance" specifically identified in their contract). We provide legal services in the following area, but not limited to:

  • German Legal Issues (Traffic Tickets, Landlord-Tenant Law, NATO-SOFA issues)

  • Our Claims Section provides general guidance for Chapter 11 claims, and reviews and processes Chapter 3 and 12 claims.
