PAIO provides support to the garrison command group and directorates. The staff oversee and facilitates the implementation of command initiatives. PAIO develops strategies and plans to improve USAG Wiesbaden’s programs and services, measures organizational performance on behalf of garrison leadership, and identifies shortfalls to ensure the successful implementation of the IMCOM commander’s vision.
PAIO directs and manages continuous improvement projects to close performance gaps, manages garrison measurement and improvement programs such as the Installation Status Report (ISR), Common Levels of Support (CLS), Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Best Business Practices, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Army Communities of Excellence (ACOE), and the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP). PAIO serves as the garrison commander’s focal point for strategy, integration, management planning, transformation and the alignment of processes at our installations.
