Mission

Training Support Activity Europe,  7th Army Training Command, provides home-station, expeditionary, rotational and contingency training support across the Europe and Africa Command areas of responsibility in order to build readiness and increase interoperability of all U.S. assigned, attached, regionally aligned forces, Multi-National Partners, and Allies. On behalf of U.S. Army Europe, TSAE manages the Training Support System management process and the theater Visual Information program.

Programs

Digital Training Facility

The DTF is a distributed learning classroom for Soldiers and civilians to conduct online training when it fits their professional needs and personal schedules. The DTF is equipped with video tele-training for instructor-led courses and to conduct training at Army installations and Reserve sites worldwide. The DTF can support a variety of annual and military occupational specialty training. 

Sustainable Range Program 

Maximizes the capability, availability, and accessibility of ranges and training lands to support doctrinal requirements, mobilization, and deployments under normal and surge conditions.
 

Soldier Training Support Program

Provides local and theater level management for Training Aids, Devices and Simulators (TADS) including fielding, funding, and support.
 

Visual Information  

The acquisition, creation, storage, transmission, distribution, and disposition of still and motion imagery and multimedia (with or without sound, linear or nonlinear) for the purpose of conveying information.
