The Outgoing Command Sergeant Major Carl A. Fagan will relinquish responsibility to Command Sergeant Major David W. Bass. Immediately following a retirement ceremony will be held for Command Sergeant Major Fagan. The ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. at Fort Knox's Waybur Theater.
