Request PCS orders in four easy steps as shown below:

All PCSing Service Members must attend the Levy Brief upon notification of PCS Assignment Instructions in IPPS-A to receive PCS orders.

The levy brief is designed to prepare Soldiers and dependents for their new assignment and to learn about PCS benefits, entitlements and procedures for a smooth transition to the next duty station.

Step 1 

Attend Levy Brief: Upon receiving notification of a projected follow-on assignment via IPPS-A, Soldiers are eligible to attend the Levy brief held on Tuesdays, bi-weekly at the Consolidated Services Center, building 309  1st floor, classroom #1, at 0900.

VMC Soldiers 

E6 and below must attend the in-person levy briefing in duty uniform.

Step 2

Complete member elections in IPPS-A: Soldiers must complete their member on IPPS-A to allow MPD to publish the reassignment orders.
 

Step 3

Submit completed Levy Packet to S-1
 

Step 4

Receive PCS orders
