Soldiers from across the 10th Mountain Division hit the pavement for the first Army Ten-Miler Team qualifier at Fort Drum.

Announcements
Monday, May 25th Fort Drum will open cemeteries for visitation for Memorial Day. There are 13 cemeteries located on the installation, and 10 of those are accessible without entering the Fort Drum Cantonment area. Community members wishing to visit the cemeteries locate don Fort Drum's ranges can do so anytime between Noon to 5 p.m. on Memorial Day. Directions and a database of cemeteries can be found here.
Repairs on 5th Street West have started and the road will be closed through mid-May (weather permitting.) Please allow extra travel time and use caution around construction.
Po Valley Road Closure for Water Main Repairs:
Fort Drum’s Directorate of Public Works have begun repairs on a failing water main located alongside Po Valley Road. To safely complete this work, Po Valley Road will be closed between Conway Road and Euphrates River Valley Road from now through May 2026. A detailed closure map is available here. Access to The Peak will remain open throughout the project and can be reached at all times via Euphrates River Valley Road.
Traffic Alert 100 area now until May 29:
Work will be taking place to upgrade the water distribution system in the 1100 area as part of a project to upgrade the water distribution system across South Post. Water main work will be performed daily from 7: am. - 5 p.m. along First Street Middle. During this time, some roadways will be closed or restricted to local traffic only, following the phased construction plan to keep all facilities accessible. Please follow detour signs and use extra caution in work zones. Click here for map.
Traffic impact 1100 area May 11 to June 5:
Water main work will be performed daily from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. along Restore Hope Avenue. Roadways will be closed and restricted to local traffic only. Note that construction will be performed in a phased approach to maintain access to all facilities in the area. Necessary water shutdowns will be coordinated separately. Click here for map.

Water main work will be performed daily from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. along Tigris River Valley Road. Roadways will be closed and restricted to local traffic only.
