1ST SGT. TANESHA T. BALDWIN
1st Sgt. Tanesha T. Baldwin was born in Marion, South Carolina on 5 February 1987. In June 2007, 1SG Baldwin entered the US Army as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist (42A), conducting both Basic Combat Training and Advance Individual Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. As an HR Specialist, Baldwin has served in many leadership positions. Her previous assignments include HHC, 1ST Brigade Special Troops Battalion, Casey, Korea as an HR Specialist , HHD, 93rd Military Police Battalion, Fort Bliss, Texas as an HR NCO, Staff and Faculty Company, 71st Transportation Battalion, Fort Lee, VA, A Company, 1 Battalion 13 Infantry, Fort Jackson, SC as a Drill Sergeant, 93rd Signal Brigade, Fort Eustis, VA as a Brigade Senior HR NCO, HHC, 1st CIG, Fort Belvoir, VA as a G1 HR NCO, HQ, INSCOM, Fort Belvoir, VA as an Inspector General and HRC, Fort Knox, KY as the Soldier Support Branch SGM and 42A5O Talent Manager. Her deployment experience includes Operation Iraqi Freedom, Iraq.
Baldwin earned an Associates of Applied Science with honors from Central Texas College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Columbia Southern University in Criminal Justice. She also has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
