The Equal Employment Opportunity Office (EEO) promotes a work environment free of discrimination for federal civilian employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, age, mental or physical disability, national origin or sex. The EEO Office processes complaints of discrimination and assist employee’s in requesting reasonable accommodations.

The EEO program monitors affirmative employment actions, ensures program compliance with Federal laws, Army regulations and policies and provides EEO advice and guidance to commanders, directors, managers, supervisors and civilian employees.
