Admin Records
Military Police Reports: There is a minimum wait time of 14 days for all military police reports (MPRs). Other MPRs can take much longer depending on the type of incident and the investigation required. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests for MPRs can be submitted in person by visiting the Admin Records section in the Military Police Station (Bldg. 31044) or through the instructions provided on the FOIA Request form.
The Subject or Victim are the only persons authorized to request MPRs. Exceptions may be granted if submitted in writing to the FOIA Officer.
The Freedom of Information Act Office is responsible for management oversight of the Army-wide implementation of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) programs in accordance with 5 USC, and Public Law 106-554.
Commander's Report of Disciplinary or Administrative Action: DA From 4833 will be sent to the Command following conclusion of an incident. The commander will complete the DA Form 4833 within 60 days of receipt and return it electronically to the Provost Marshal Office.

Clearing & BACKGROUND CHECKS
Background (Local Records) Check: Drop off all required paperwork to the admin section in the MP Station (Building 31044) during normal duty hours. Records checks can take up to three (3) working days to process.
Clearing Instructions: In order to clear the Provost Marshal/Military Police, service members are required to report* to Building 31044.
*All service members placed in the Installation Support Module (ISM) are pre-cleared unless they have pending actions. Clearing papers will indicate if the service member is pre-cleared.
Service members are required to bring copies of PCS/ETS/Retirement orders along with their clearing papers in order to be cleared.
