Our Mission

Provide oversight, regulatory guidance, and advisory services on all EEO and anti-harassment matters including policy, procedures, and compliance management—with accountability for the IMCOM ID-T2 EEO Program for all  and former employees, as well as future applicants.

EEO Overview


An employee, former employee, or applicant for employment who feels he/she has been discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age (40 years of age & over), genetic information, physical or mental disability, or reprisal for prior EEO involvement may file a complaint by contacting an EEO counselor within 45 days following the alleged discriminatory act. Once an informal/formal complaint has been initiated, the complaint can be resolved at any stage of the process.  Our Disability Program Manager can be reached by calling 301-619-2224.  Our Complaints Manager can be reached by calling 301-619-2479.

  • Race: skin color or certain facial features
  • Color: skin complexion
  • Religion: freedom to exercise prayer and associated holidays
  • Sex: male, female, pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions.
  • National Origin: certain ethnic background or having an accent
  • Age: 40 or over
  • Disability: mental or physical
  • Genetic Information: medical conditions
  • Reprisal or Retaliation: participation in opposition
