1/6/25, 4:53 PM	1/6/25, 4:53 PM	OPERATING STATUS FOR TUESDAY JAN 7, 2025	Due to weather Ft. Detrick will be on a 2-hour delay, Tuesday Jan. 7, 2025. Emergency and telework ready employees required to work must follow their organizations policies, including written telework agreements. Forest Glen personnel should follow OPM guidance. Contact your supervisor for more information. Personnel should conduct risk assessments and check with their chain of command for additional instructions or questions related to their unique circumstances. Mission essential employees will contact their supervisor for reporting instructions. Contractor personnel must consult with their COR and/or company management for policies and procedures to follow as a result of a delay tomorrow. The Child Development Centers and Youth programs will be open at 0800, Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025. All gates will operate at normal hours. Installation updates will be shared with local media, the digital garrison app and social media, the ALERT system and our website.

We are noticing an increase of walk ins, to request a new ID/CAC or waiting to the last minute to schedule an appointment and there are none available. Don't let your ID/CAC expire and book an appointment up to 90 days prior to it's expiration. Our ID Cards Office fills up quickly as we service the Tri-State area. 10/3/23, 10:45 AM	8/15/24, 8:49 AM	Fort Detrick Housing Town Halls	Fort Detrick will host housing townhalls in Jan, 2025. The Glen Haven housing town hall will occur Jan. 14 and the Fort Detrick town hall will occur on Jan. 15. Both will begin at 7 pm and occur in the community centers.
