The Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) accounts for temperature, humidity, wind speed, sun angle and cloud cover (solar radiation). THE WBGT and heat category is updated every hour. The emergency operations center is notified whenever the WBGT reaches heat category 5.
