SERVICE CHANGES/CLOSURE NOTICE
Effective September 1, Central Issue Facility (CIF) will no longer issue or accept turn in items. They will only be open for direct exchange (DX) for damaged items or exchanges.
After September 1, all Soldiers, KATUSAS and emergency essential civilians must travel to CIF at Camp Casey or Camp Humphreys to be issued gear and to turn in gear.
The CIF at Yongsan supplies military clothing for Area II personnel. Equipment turn-ins are usually accepted in the morning and issued in the afternoon. There are four main sections of the CIF - the appointment section, issue section, individual protective/chemical gear pick up section and turn in section.
Tips
