The Administrative Services Branch provides oversight, training and overall guidance in the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) to include Office Records Lists (ORLs), office symbols, official mail, distribution, publications, forms and Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act (FOIA).

Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act:
The Freedom of Information Act Office is responsible for management and oversight of the Army-wide implementation of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) programs in accordance with 5 USC, and Public Law 106-554.
