Our legal assistance portfolio is also expanding in other areas, to include assisting victims of domestic violence, advocating for tenants in privatized housing, and advising on special education issues. We will also continue to provide Special Victims’ Counsel and claims services, as well as legal advice on a myriad of non-criminal issues including family law, estate planning, immigration, international marriages, and military administrative issues. We encourage you to come visit Client Legal Services if you need legal advice in any of these areas.

*NOTE: Tax preparation services will no longer be available in person at Client Legal Services in Korea starting with the 2023 filing season. Moving forward, Soldiers, families, and retirees can find tax preparation assistance through Military One Source, (MilTax) or through the Internal Revenue Service. Although tax preparation services are no longer offered, our legal assistance attorneys remain available to answer substantive tax questions (e.g. tax controversies or issues pending before the IRS).
