Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS) Program

The Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS) program at USAG Yongsan-Casey is a dynamic quality-of-life initiative dedicated to supporting single Soldiers, single parents, and geographical bachelors stationed throughout Camp Casey, Camp Hovey, Warrior Base, Rodriguez Live Fire Complex (RLFC), and the Joint Security Area (JSA) / Camp Bonifas. Operating on its core pillars of Recreation and Leisure, Quality of Life, Community Service, and Life Skills, BOSS serves as the ultimate platform to escape the barracks, offering high-adventure, low-cost trips to explore South Korea alongside hands-on financial, culinary, and professional development training. Crucially, it provides Soldiers with a direct channel to installation leadership to raise barracks and living condition concerns, while leading community service projects that build leadership skills and maximize promotion points across all northern-tier installations.
