DPW's Environmental Division provides environmental guidance, support and liaison services to those who live, work and train on the installation. Their role is to ensure the Wiesbaden military community complies with all necessary environmental requirements.

Housing Services Office
The Housing Services Office provides services for in-processing, out-processing, on-post housing, off-post housing and contract review.
Installation Access Control
IACS, a personnel access verification system, is a central network database linked to all Installation Access Control Offices, selected Central Processing Facilities, MP Stations, and Access Control Points in USAREUR and USAFE (Germany only), and will produce an installation pass for those authorized access.
Installation Passport/Visa/SOFA Office
Passport/Visa support provided by the United States Department of Defense (DOD) by assisting DOD Service Members, Civilians and Family Members in obtaining the official travel documents necessary to facilitate official government travel.

Plans, Analysis & Integration Office (PAIO)
The PAIO team of Management and Program Analysts are responsible for conducting installation strategic planning, providing information management support, and performance evaluation of base operations, essential services, and programs in support of USAG Wiesbaden Soldiers, Families, Civilians, and Retirees.
Postal Service Center
The Postal Service Center, located on Clay Kaserne, includes the U.S. Post Office, Community Mail Room and Official Mail Room.
Public Affairs Office
The Public Affairs Office supports the installation by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership - providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal & external audiences. We employ a variety of communication strategies- including internal news and information products, media engagement, and public outreach.
