Mission
The Security Office provides support to the garrison population through our Personnel Security and Information Security programs.
Personnel Security (PERSEC)
The Security Office provides PERSEC support to garrison personnel. This support includes initiating investigations and reinvestigations for our garrison civilian and military population. We provide foreign travel briefings and assist with foreign travel and incident reporting for personnel with security clearances.
Information Security (INFOSEC)
The Security Office oversees and enforces the Garrison Information Security program and policies. We provide guidance on marking, wrapping, storing, transporting and destroying classified documents. We issue courier cards and provide courier briefings to garrison personnel.
Fingerprint Office
Fingerprinting services are provided by appointment only at DSN 548-1603. A valid military ID or dependent ID and permanent resident card are required for fingerprinting services.
The Fingerprint Office provides fingerprint support for civilian and military background investigations (clearance and suitability) as well as naturalization and other certifications/licensures.
