We aim to provide the highest quality of Military Personnel services, Education services, Soldier for Life - Transition Assistance Program services, and Substance Abuse Prevention services to Soldiers, Civilians, Retirees and Family members of the USAG Okinawa community.
The Administrative Services Division (ASD) is responsible for providing overall support and serving as the principle US Army Garrison (USAG), Okinawa advisor for records management and printing, publications, and forms management.
The Army Continuing Education System (ACES) mission is "To vigorously promote lifelong learning opportunities to sharpen the competitive edge of the Army by providing and managing quality self-development programs and services."
ASAP is a comprehensive program that provides services to active duty service members, Army Reserves/National Guardsmen (while on active duty), family members Department of Defense civilians and Local Nationals. The multi-faceted program is comprised of clinical and non-clinical functions, to include: Prevention Education, Clinical Counseling Services, Suicide Prevention & Education, Military and Civilian Drug Testing, Risk Reduction, Employee Assistance Program.
The Army - Transition Assistance Program (ARMY-TAP), formerly Soldier for Life – Transition Assistance Program (SFL-TAP). The mission ARMY-TAP is to deliver a world-class transition program for America’s Army that empowers members to make informed career decisions that enhances lives, communities and our nation.
This program enables Soldiers to capitalize on their Army experience and skills. Soldiers make informed decisions using transition program services and re-enlistment may be a viable option. It is all about making informed decisions – setting Soldiers up for success.
The Civilian Personnel Advisory Center is made up of a team of human resources professionals dedicated to supporting and empowering service members, civilian employees , families and veterans worldwide in an era of persistent conflict. The Civilian Personnel Advisory Center recruits, retains and sustains a high quality volunteer force through innovative and effective enterprise solutions and ensures human resources readiness of the Total Army across the full spectrum of operations.
Military Personnel Division: Our mission is to provide quality, professional, and timely military personnel service support to Soldiers, retired military, Family Members, DoD Civilians, and Government Contractors for the geographical area that we service.
The transition from the Army can be very anxious and we here at the Garrison are trying to alleviate as much as we can, the impending challenges. The TWO Program is here to help Soldiers with just that by preparing them for civilian life after the military.
