ALERT! - WHO MUST REGISTER?
ALERT! is NOT optional - it is a Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) requirement to be a registered user.
All U.S. and non-U.S. military, civilian (all categories) and contractor personnel whose normal place of duty is on an Army garrison, installation, community, forward site and/or facility must register in ALERT!
ALERT! - WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION PROCESS?
Click on the white arrow at the bottom right of your desktop computer. Notice the blue globe. Click on the drop down that reads "Update My Info" and input your DSN, family cell number(s) and commercial email(s).
FAMILY MEMBERS AND RETIREES
Family members of U.S. and non-U.S. military, civilian and contractor personnel whose normal place of duty is on an Army garrison or in an Army facility can also be registered in ALERT!. To register, sponsors can register dependents by clicking on the "light blue globe with white exclamation point" and selecting “Access My Dependents Self-Service.”
