To protect the force, sustain the mission, and enhance war fighting capabilities and the mission through a systematic and proactive process of hazard identification and risk management. Functions as the principle staff advisor, technical consultant and coordinator to the commander and staff in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating all safety and occupational health efforts within U.S. Army Garrison Okinawa.
