New Army Civilian Employees
- Total Army Sponsorship: Army civilian employees hired by the Fort Meade Civilian Personnel Advisory Center, who are relocating to Fort Meade, may request a sponsor. Please complete DA Form 7274 and submit it to the Human Resource Specialist/Assistant.

Failure to out-process may impact your pay and benefits, and result in indebtedness to the US Government. Please complete the FGGM Form 8-R-E, as indicated.
