Employment Verification

  • Department of Army Civilian Employees: Employees use My Biz for Employment Verification. This allows employees to email employment and/or salary information to an external organization (businesses, banks, credit unions) directly from the Defense Civilian Personnel Data Systems.

  • Total Army Sponsorship: Army civilian employees hired by the Fort Meade Civilian Personnel Advisory Center, who are relocating to Fort Meade, may request a sponsor.  Please complete DA Form 7274 and submit it to the Human Resource Specialist/Assistant.

Army Civilian Employees, serviced by the Fort Meade Civilian Personnel Advisory Center, are required to out-process prior to leaving Fort Meade.  Failure to out-process may impact your pay and benefits, and result in indebtedness to the US Government.  Please complete the FGGM Form 8-R-E, as indicated.
