The Fort McCoy Army Substance Abuse Program is available to assist all Soldiers, Department of the Army civilians, and certain dependents and retirees.
Services available include drug and alcohol prevention training; Unit Prevention Leader (UPL) certification; processing of urinalysis samples; substance-abuse assessment and treatment of active-duty Soldiers; Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services including screening, assessment, short-term counseling and referrals for Department of the Army civilian employees, military and Army civilian dependents, and retirees; as well as Suicide Prevention resources and training.
