The Service Center’s purpose is to use federal HR flexibilities and regulations to advise our Department of Army (DA) customers in the full range of HR functions. Our commitment to customer service and staff development is absolute – tempered only by our professional responsibility to uphold Merit System Principles and guard against Prohibited Personnel Practices. Customers regard the Service Center as a trusted, knowledgeable, and reliable team member in achieving solutions to their HR challenges
