Commissary access is a non-pay benefit available to active-duty and reserve-component military personnel, military retirees, Medal of Honor recipients, 100 percent disabled veterans and their Family members.
The commissary at Fort McCoy is the only commissary in Wisconsin. Commissaries sell groceries at cost. A five percent surcharge is added at checkout. The surcharge provides funding for modern facilities at a reduced cost to taxpayers.
