The Provost Marshal Office (PMO) is a professionally trained, positive, community-focused Army law enforcement and access control organization that is responsive to the needs of not only commanders, but the community. The PMO is the chief law enforcement office on the installation and provides the community with 24-hour police support to maintain good order and discipline, safety, and security for all those who live and/or work on USAG Humphreys.

MP OPERATIONS

MILITARY POLICE OPERATIONS

The USAG Humphreys PMO ASSISTs members of the Humphreys community by providing guidance on law enforcement, emergency response, and security issues. PROTECTs the community with 24-hour law enforcement, force protection, and community assistance while maintaining liaison with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. DEFENDs good order and discipline by enforcing the rule of law and policies of the Garrison Commander and the USFK Commanding General.

MILITARY POLICE INVESTIGATIONS

Military Police Investigations (MPI) is usually responsible for the investigations of crimes such as crimes against property under $5,000, and crimes against persons except murder and rape (handled by the Criminal Investigations Division) committed on a military installation, but they may investigate other crimes in certain circumstances.

LAW ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION

The Law Enforcement Administration office is responsible for the management, distribution, and closing of law enforcement reports. They are also responsible for conducting background checks for various access and additional duty roles, as well as clearing Service Members when it is time for them to PCS.
 

CYBER CRIMES

The USAG Humphreys PMO does not have a cyber-crime division. Personnel are welcome and encouraged to come to the PMO to file a report for documentational purposes, however, please see the link below to file a report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, run by the FBI.
