Transition Assistance Program (TAP)
The mission of the TAP is to deliver a world-class transition program for America’s Army that empowers members to make informed career decisions that enhances lives, communities and our nation. Retiring Soldiers may begin TAP services two years before retirement. All Soldiers will begin TAP services no later than one year before the separation date recorded on DD Form 214. Family members of eligible Soldiers can also receive TAP services.

Arizona@Work, Sierra Vista Comprehensive Job Center
For jobseekers throughout the state, Arizona@Work provides services and resources to pursue employment opportunities. It is a public and private partnership with 12 regional areas and 47 local offices, all working together through one organization and all sharing one mission - providing innovative workforce solutions to employers and job seekers. Through the support of federal funding, these services are provided at no charge.

Goodwill Job Connection
The Goodwill Job Connection Center offers assistance with online job search, resumes, cover letters, interview prep, help with access to resources like transportaion and much more. The career development specialist is available five days a week to help individuals find their next job. The Job Connection Centers are fully funded by the Goodwill thrift stores.
