CSM Brad Sikes was born in Las Vegas, NV and enlisted in the Army Reserves in 2005. He completed Basic Combat Training (BCT) at Fort Jackson, South Carolina in May 2005, and Advanced Individual Training (AIT) (92Y) at Fort Lee, Virginia in July 2005. CSM Sikes recently served as the Command Sergeant Major for the United States Army Western Hemisphere Command (USAWHC), Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion (HHBn) at Fort Bragg, NC.
His military assignments included the 325th Combat Support Hospital Detachment, Cape Girardeau, MO; 398 Regiment 3rd Battalion, Paducah, KY; 91st Training Division (RTC-W), Fort Hunter Liggett, CA; 377 Military Police Company, Cincinnati, OH; 290th Military Police Brigade, Nashville, TN; the 160th Military Police Battalion, Tallahassee, FL; the 333d Military Police Brigade, Farmingdale, NY; USAWHC HHBN, Fort Bragg, NC.
CSM Sikes’ leadership positions include Platoon Sergeant, Training NCO, Drill Sergeant, Instructor, Operations NCO, Operations Sergeant Major, and Command Sergeant Major.
His civilian education consists of a Bachelor of Science from Post University and currently pursuing his MBA from Excelsior University. His military education includes: the Warrior Leader Course, Combatives Trainer Course I & II, Drill Sergeant Course, Advanced Leader Course, Basic Military Police Course, Army Recruiter Course, Senior Leader Course, Conventional Physical Security/Crime Prevention Course, Interservice Non-lethal Individual Weapons Instructor Course, Corrections and Detention Specialist (Transition) Course, Master Resilience Training Course, Antiterrorism Officer Basic Course, Battle Staff NCO Course, Operations Security Officer Certification Level II Course, Security Manager Course, Antiterrorism Evasive Driving Course, Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education Course I & II, Protective Services Training Course, Law Enforcement Firearms Train-the-Trainer Course, Sergeant’s Major Academy, Battalion and Brigade Pre Command Course, and the Nominative Leader’s Course.

He has three sons residing in Tallahassee FL, Kade (18), Zackary (16) and Noah (12).
