The Employment Readiness Program (ERP) offers resources to help with your career plan and job search. Whether you’re a military spouse or Family member who just moved to a new installation, retiree, DoD Civilian looking for new opportunities, or active-duty military, Active Reserve, National Guard member, or Wounded Warrior, we’re here to help.

Objective

The ERP seeks to prepare clients to identify and develop personal and professional skills, whether or not they intend to enter the job market. The ERP also provides support and encouragement as well as information for life/career planning and the search for employment.

Our services include:

  •  Military spouse Preference counseling

  •  Recruitment of job seekers for local employers

  • Seminars/workshops to assist the job seeker or career client in self-assessment and employment preparations skills.
