Plans, Analysis and Integration Office (PAIO)

Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office is the Garrison Commander's staff element for strategic and management planning for the installation. The PAIO focuses on the Garrison delivering equitable services; promoting business transformation, monitoring performance results; vertical and horizontal integration for Garrison efforts. PAIO coordinates stationing actions, strategic initiatives, concept development, to steer the Garrison strategy in meeting current and future needs. This office is the focal point for strategy and management planning for installations. The PAIO is divided into two branches, the Management Analysis Branch and the Planning Integration Branch.

  • Captures data in support of the Fort Belvoir population and community
  • Prepares economic impact statement which identifies and incorporates Fort Belvoir expenditures of resources into the local community
  • Provides support to the command and staff through facilitating, integrating, and analysis of special projects, strategic initiatives and operations
