The Soldier and Family Assistance Center (SFAC) is located near the Soldier Recovery Unit (SRU). The SFAC supports Soldiers assigned to the SRU and those who are in the Medical Evaluation Board (MEB)/Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) process and their Family members.

 

Services

The Soldier and Family Assistance Center provides Information and Referral, Chaplain, and a Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC). Other services provided are Financial Readiness (785-239-9435) and Employment Readiness (785-239-4250). These programs are here to serve all military Service Members of all military forces and Family members of active duty, active Reservist and active National Guard.

Chaplain
Provides counseling and resources. The chaplain has a weekly Bible Study and lunch on Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in conference room 140.  Please call ahead of time to verify the class is taking place at (785) 240-7178 or (785) 240-7025.

Financial Services
Please email usag_frks_acs_frp@army.mil to make an appointment. Services provided by an accredited financial counselor include:
