PAIO Major Programs

PAIO proudly oversees Service 121, encompassing Management Analysis, with a comprehensive suite of Primary Service Categories (PSC) designed to drive organizational excellence and strategic growth.

  • PSC-1: Organizational Structures Analysis includes the development of 5-10 Stationing packets, Feasibility Analysis for new units, Army Stationing & Installation Plan (ASIP), BRAC data calls, and Military Value Analysis.
  • PSC-2: Strategic Planning Support encompasses the Installation Planning Board (IPB), Integrated Priority List (IPL), IPL Assessment Working Groups, and support for the Division Campaign Plan (CAMPLAN).
  • PSC-3: Integrating Operations features Garrison 101/Command Briefings, the Garrison Smart Book for leaders and spouses, Community forums, IGSAs/MOAs/MOUs, and the annual Economic Impact Summary (EIS).
  • PSC-4: Organizational Performance focuses on Installation Status Reporting (ISR) and Garrison Data Calls based on OPORD.
  • PSC-5: Change Management & Organizational Improvement includes initiatives such as the Best Garrison Competition, Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), and Garrison Org Analysis.
  • PSC-6: Customer Service ensures top-notch service through Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) Program Management, Weekly ICE books, Service Culture Campaign (SCC) oversight, and Operational Excellence (OPEX) training.
