The Garrison Directorate of Human Resources empowers the U.S. Army Garrison Picatinny Arsenal workforce to achieve mission readiness by providing exceptional support and comprehensive human resource services.

Administrative Services Division (ASD)

The Administrative Services Division (ASD) is responsible for providing overall support and serving as the principal US Army Garrison (USAG), Picatinny advisor for records management, publications, forms management, Freedom of Information Act inquiries for Garrison controlled assets and Installation mailroom operations.

Military Personnel HR

To provide the highest quality of timely and accurate military personnel services to Soldiers and their family members assigned to the U.S. Army Garrison Picatinny footprint by providing quality customer service in the areas of in/out processing, military record updates, and Defense Eligibility Enrollment System updates (DEERS).

 

ID Cards Facility

Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP)

The Army Substance Abuse Program supports Leaders, Soldiers, Civilian employees, Retirees, and eligible Family members who may be experiencing issues related to substance abuse, family matters and workplace violence by providing services that are proactive and responsive to the needs of the Army’s workforce and that emphasize alcohol and other drug misuse deterrence, prevention, education, and rehabilitation.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program provides free, confidential, professional short-term counseling as well as educational and referral services to all military and federal civilian personnel and family members.
