MISSION STATEMENT: The 229th MI BN Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG) is an officially command-sponsored organization of Family Members (immediate and extended), Civilian employees, Soldiers, and volunteers belonging to this unit who together provide an avenue of mutual support and assistance, and a network of communication among the Family Members, the Chain of Command, and community resources. SFRGs help create a climate of mutual support within the unit and community.
