CSM Ronald Corella entered the Army on 21 May 1993 from Atlanta Georgia and conducted One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, GA where he was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty 11C, Indirect Fire Infantryman.
CSM Corella’s assignments include 2/3 Armored Cavalry Regiment, 2/3 Armored Cavalry Regiment, 1/11 Armored Cavalry Regiment, 1/17 Infantry Regiment, 3/3 Armored Cavalry Regiment, 3/3 Armored Cavalry Regiment, 1-22 Infantry, 2/2 Cavalry Regiment, Senior Military Science Instructor, at Tarleton State University, and 3-21 Infantry Regiment.
CSM Corella has deployed to Afghanistan in Operation Enduring Freedom, three times to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn.
CSM Corella’s military education includes Warrior Leaders Course, Advance Leaders Course, Senior Leaders Course, United States Sergeants Major Course Class 65, Equal Opportunity Representative Course, Combat Life Saver Course, Basic Mountaineering Course, and Master Resilience Training level 1. He currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Excelsior College. He is also the recipient of the Military Order of Saint Maurice and Noble Patron of Armor.
