The mission of the Military Personnel Division (MPD) is to provide timely and friendly diverse military personnel service support to soldiers, retired military, and DoD civilians.  MPD is responsible for the following programs: Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program (SFL-TAP); retiree services; casualty operation; reassignments; In/Out Processing; CAC/IDs; Passports/Visas; Total Army Sponsorship; Garrison military personnel actions; promotions; awards and evaluations.

Services

Casualty Assistance Office

The Casualty Assistance Office provides assistance to next-of-kin of critically injured, ill or deceased service members, retirees, and veterans to include benefits counseling; military funeral honors; and Casualty Assistance / Notification Officer training.

DEERS/ID Cards

The DEERS/Identification Card Section provides equitable, accurate, timely and efficient customer service to the community while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders to enhance the well-being of the Poland military family.

In/Out Processing

Prior to their arrival, incoming personnel are assigned a sponsor that will assist them and their Family members before and during the in-processing period. Sponsors should schedule an appointment at the in-processing facility at their location.

Passport Services

Passport support provided by the United States Department of Defense (DOD) by assisting DOD service members, civilians and Family members in obtaining the official travel documents necessary to facilitate official government travel.

Retirement Services Office

The Retirement Services Office prepares Soldiers and their families for retirement, assist survivors of Soldiers who die on active duty, and serve retired Soldiers, surviving spouses, and their families until death in order to comply with federal laws.

Total Army Sponsorship Program

The Total Army Sponsorship Program (TASP) is a Commander’s Program designed to enhance resiliency among Soldiers and Family members, and to ensure you receive the services needed to transition successfully in and out of Commands.

Voter Assistance Program

The Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) ensures service members, their eligible family members and overseas citizens are aware of their right to vote and have the tools and resources to successfully do so - from anywhere in the world.
