U.S. Army Garrison Poland supports the service members and civilians stationed at its headquarters at Camp Kościuszko in Poznan, Poland. The garrison is charged with leading 11 installations, encompassing the three military communities of Poznan, Powidz and Świętoszów.

USAG Poland aims to deliver quality base support and infrastructure, enabling readiness and the highest quality of life for permanent and rotational forces. USAG Poland began as a pilot program in 2019 under the 21^st Training Support Command and transitioned to IMCOM in October 2022. The garrison re-designated from an area support group to U.S. Army Garrison Poland on March 21, 2023.
