Lines of Effort

  • People: Through various initiatives, people can engage in a service culture, collaborate on an automated local national hiring tool, participate in the expansion of the civilian workforce development program, and benefit from enhanced employee recognition programs.
  • Infrastructure: Oversee real property transfer in USAG Poland, establish IMCOM infrastructure planning processes, manage project execution, and enhance housing infrastructure to ensure mission readiness and energy security.
  • Protection: Tackle the top readiness shortfall by pursuing fire and emergency services solutions, conducting full-scale exercises, and developing enterprise protection capabilities through policies, resources, and training.
  • Services: Improve customer experience, engage in the Garrison Support Agency Planning Group, and elevate service quality by providing 24-hour gyms and self-serve post office boxes across garrisons.
  • Readiness & Power Projection: Develop stationing plans for USAREUR-AF's 2035 posture, assess and plan for PPP/MFGI and garrison deployment operations, and exercise support plans to inform responsibilities, identify requirements, and build relationships.
