Military Pay Support

  • Can Code and Process Military Pay Entitlements (EX: OHA, COLA, BAH)
    • Army – Active Duty (AD), Active Guard Reserve (AGR), National Guard (NG), and Reserve
  • Can Provide Basic Military Pay Information
    • Air Force
  • Create Foreign Allotments to Polish Banks (This allows service members to make transfers and withdrawals directly in Zloty)
  • Research Military Pay Inquires and Assist with Paperwork
  • Educate S1s on Pay Entitlements

Disbursing Support

  • Cash Money Orders, Treasury Checks, and Personal Checks
    • Personal checks can only be cashed up to $500 USD every 7 days
    • Our office cannot disburse change, please stop by the office before purchasing a money order to ensure the USD amount converts to a round number if you plan on converting to a foreign currency
  • The following currencies are available for a no-fee conversion: United States Dollar, Zloty, and Euro

  • Provide Paying Agent Training
  • Provide Funding to Paying Agents for Missions (Debit Card and Cash)
  • Please Provide 14 days’ notice to ensure time for application approval and cash on hand
