DIRECTORATE OF FAMILY AND MORALE, WELFARE AND RECREATION (DFMWR)
Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation, or Family and MWR, provides a source of balance that ensures an environment in which service members can thrive, a structure that supports unit readiness in an era of persistent conflict and a foundation for building the future. Family and MWR's mission is to provide service members the same quality of life given to the society they have pledged to defend.
DIRECTORATE OF HUMAN RESOURCES (DHR)
The Directorate of Human Resources provides premier human resources installation services to support a diverse, transforming community, ensuring mission readiness and enhanced quality of life. DHR offices can be found on the first floor of building 28 (headquarters building) at Camp Kosciuszko. Services under DHR include:
DIRECTORATE OF LOGISTICS (DOL)
The Directorate of Logistics, provides logistics services to sustain unit readiness, ensure responsive force generation and improve quality of life for U.S. Army Garrison Poland. Sections include the Installation Property Book Office, Food Service Branch, Driver's Training and Testing Station, Personal Property Processing Office and more.
DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC WORKS (DPW)
The Directorate of Public Works provides infrastructure, engineering resources, housing and facility management support and services to ensure safe, comfortable and functional facilities in a clean environment to meet the needs of Soldiers and civilians within U.S. Army Garrison Poland.
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM (EEO)

MEDICAL SERVICES
Medical services on Camp Kościuszko are provided by V Corps. Local host nation clinics are available for primary and specialized care.
PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICE (PAO)
The Public Affairs Office supports U.S. Army Garrison Poland by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal and external audiences. Public Affairs employs a variety of communication strategies including internal news and information products, media engagement and public outreach. The public affairs office is located on the second floor of the headquarters building at Camp Kosciuszko.
RELIGIOUS SUPPORT OFFICE (RSO)
The Religious Support Office performs and provides religious support services to the U.S. Army Garrison Poland military community to assist the commander in his obligation to facilitate the free exercise of religion.
S3/5/7 OPERATIONS
The S3/5/7 provides operational support to all elements on the installation in the following areas: personnel, information and industrial security; foreign travel reporting; emergency response planning and execution (including the Alert! Emergency Notification System); mobilization, demobilization, deployment and redeployment; coordination and synchronization of training on the installation.
SAFETY OFFICE
The top priorities of the Safety Office are to serve customers with outstanding professionalism, provide a comprehensive and effective safety program and promote a safe and healthful environment for Soldiers, civilians and contractors in support of U.S. Army Garrison Poland.
