The Directorate of Human Resources' mission is to provide equitable, effective and efficient human resources services to all military service members and civilian employees. Finance Office
The Finance Office at Camp Kościuszko supports Soldiers with pay services, disbursing, and paying agent support. Services include processing entitlements, foreign allotments, and pay inquiries; cashing checks and money orders; no-fee currency exchange; and training or funding paying agents.
