Admin Records
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except Holidays)

Background (Local Records) Check: Drop off all required paperwork to the admin section in the MP Station (6619 Mapes Road) during normal duty hours. Records checks can take up to three (3 ) working days to process.

Military Police Reports: There is a minimum wait time of 10 days for all military police reports (MPRs). Other MPRs can take much longer depending on the type of incident and the investigation required. Requests for MPRs must be submitted in person by visiting the Admin Records section in the Military Police Station (6619 Mapes Road).

The Subject/Victim or Commander are the only ones authorized to pick up MPRs. Exceptions may be granted if submitted in writing.

Commander's Report of Disciplinary or Administrative Action:
DA From 4833 will be sent to the Command following an incident. The commander will complete the DA Form 4833 within 45 days of receipt and return it to the Provost Marshal Office.

Instructions: In order to clear the Provost Marshal/Military Police, service members are required to report* to 6619 Mapes Road.

*All service members placed in the Installation Support Module (ISM) are pre-cleared unless they have pending actions. Clearing papers will indicate if the service member is pre-cleared.

Service members are required to bring copies of PCS/ETS/Retirement orders along with their clearing papers in order to be cleared.
