2/10/22, 3:52 PM 2/10/22, 3:52 PM Gate 2 Lane Closure Fort Jackson's Gate 2 will have one lane closed throughout the day Friday, Feb. 11 due to installation of electrical conduit for the active vehicle barrier installation. Work will begin at around 9 a.m. and end around 3 p.m. Please use caution while entering post via Gate 2. We will post updates as we receive them.
9/26/23, 10:30 AM 9/26/23, 10:29 AM Save the Date Fort Jackson will hold a two-day Resiliency Fair Nov. 16-17, 2023. Day one includes CG opening remarks, overview of services, breakout sessions and vendors inside the Solomon Center. Day two consists of tours of ACS, Chaplain Life Center, Armed Forces Wellness Center, MRT school house and the Drill Sergeant Timothy Kay Soldier Performance Readiness Center. A panel will speak on resiliency from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the NCO Club Ballroom. The event ends with a livestreamed talk by MG (Ret.) Gregg Martin.
4/12/22, 9:20 AM 4/12/22, 9:20 AM Earth Day 2022 Fort Jackson will be celebrating Earth Day this year by having a week-long opportunity for community members to participate in cleanups in there foot prints and neighborhoods. Community members are asked to find an opportunity to do a cleanup in an area where you live work or a public space between April 16-22 and post their photos to social media using #FJEarthDay22.

Purpose of Earth Week 2022:
•  Allows organizations time to conduct much needed area beautification
•  Instills and reaffirms pride in our community
•  Allows abandoned areas to be adopted / cleaned
•  Gives units a week long window to clean up as mission allows
•  Promotes teamwork
•  Allows family members time to participate in their neighborhoods
1/8/24, 2:18 PM 1/8/24, 2:18 PM School closing Fort Jackson Schools will be closed on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, due to the potential for hazardous weather. This means all school buildings will be closed and all after-school activities are canceled.
10/7/20, 10:06 AM 10/7/20, 10:06 AM Moncrief Army Health Clinic Pharmacy Modified Pick-Up Process Effective Oct. 5, a new in-person pick-up process at the MACH Outpatient Pharmacy is in place.

1. Once you receive a text or call notification that your prescription is ready for pick-up you can drive to the pharmacy pick-up lot and receive a buzzer/pager system.

2. You will then wait in a designated parking spot until a pharmacy team member is available to assist.

3. When the buzzer is activated (red lights turn on) the screen will indicate which pharmacy window in the lobby you are to go to and pick-up your “ready to dispense” medications.

As a reminder, you will be screened for fever and COVID-19 symptoms at the clinic entrance and are required to properly wear your protective face covering at all times while in the clinic.

The next CG's 1ST Friday Golf will be held on March 4. We apologize for the short notice, but we waited until this morning to determine if the weather would allow us to play.

The CPAC will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The CPAC will provide virtual coverage on Fridays during normal business hours. Please feel free to visit the CPAC or by dialing (803) 751-3219 / 6818. Please reach out to your organization’s HR Liaison and/or CSR if you have a pay issue.
1/20/22, 10:28 AM 1/20/22, 10:28 AM Vaccination Update Due to changes at the Defense Health Agency, Moncrief Army Health Clinic is making changes to the COVID-19 vaccines being offered at the clinics.

The Immunization Clinic will now offer Moderna boosters for patients 18 years and older and Pfizer first and second doses for patients 5 to 11 years old.

The Solomon Center will offer Pfizer first and second doses for Active Duty Service Members only.

All others can obtain COVID-19 vaccines free of charge off post. Below is a link to locations where vaccines can be obtained.

All currently scheduled appointments will continue to be honored. Patients who have previously been vaccinated with Pfizer's vaccine may receive a Moderna booster, however appointments may be delayed pending vaccine availability.

1/28/22, 9:44 AM 1/28/22, 9:44 AM Upcoming road work A section of Jackson Boulevard near the Directorate of Emergency Services, Building 5499, will be closed Tuesday, Feb. 1, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. to resurface the road to repair the distribution line for the central energy plant. One lane will be closed during that time for the repairs and flagmen will be present directing traffic.
