The 2020 Resident Satisfaction Survey* was launched Dec. 2, post housing officials announced.
Residents living in privatized Army managed Family housing will be receiving a resident satisfaction survey within the coming days. Residents will receive an email with the survey link from ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com.
“Resident feedback is important to help improve the quality of housing and customer care available to residents,” wrote W. Jordan Gillis, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment and Defense Departments Chief Housing Officer.
The survey will help the Army improve privatized and Army-owned housing facilities and "ensure the best quality of life for residents." The survey is completely confidential. If no household members receives the email. We have provided information on how to obtain a survey.
An online survey link was emailed Wednesday from CEL & Associates Inc., an independent, third-party group, to more than 110,000 tenants living in privatized, government-owned and government-leased housing across the globe. Tenants are asked to add ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com to their allowed senders to prevent filtering by any anti-spam software of their email. Completing the survey takes about 10 minutes. Tenants have 45 days to complete the confidential survey, which ends Jan. 15.
“This year’s survey will have a focus on customer services and its impact on your quality of life,” said Gen. Edward Daly, head of U.S. Army Materiel Command. “The information residents provide annually continues to guide the Army and privatized housing partners in future improvements to the Army housing portfolio.”
"The Army will improve homes, communities and customer service -- from Army housing staff and the private housing management companies -- through the candid feedback we receive from our Soldiers and their families," said Lt. Gen. Jason Evans, deputy chief of staff of G-9, which provides policies, programs, resources and expertise for services and installation infrastructure to enable total Army readiness. G-9 is the sponsor of the survey.
If you have not received a survey email first check your spam folder, then check with your spouse, partner, or other household member(s) to determine if they received the email. If you still do not have the survey contact CEL via email at ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com to obtain a survey link. When you email CEL, you must include your installation name and complete street address including unit number, if applicable.
Fort Jackson residents are highly encouraged to participate.
“I consider feedback as a gift so I encourage everyone to keep giving us feedback,” said Post Command Sgt. Maj. Philson Tavernier during a community town hall in July.. “The only way we, as a team, are going to fix issues within the community is by the community speaking up. Keep pushing the feedback and we will do the best that we can to ensure this is the best home for everyone.”
Note: CEL is requesting your address information only to look up your home’s Survey ID; this will ensure each household only completes one survey.
Each household may only complete one survey.
