The Captain’s Choice event will begin with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. You may enter your own team but the team must have a total team handicap of at least 40, with no single handicap counting for more than 20 of the team’s total. Field will be flighted based on team total handicap. Individuals are also encouraged to sign up.

2/4/22, 10:42 AM 2/4/22, 10:42 AM First Friday Golf - Canceled Due to today's rain, and in an effort to not damage the golf course, the monthly Commanding General's 1ST Friday Golf has been canceled. The next CG's 1ST Friday Golf will be held on March 4. We apologize for the short notice, but we waited until this morning to determine if the weather would allow us to play.

4/12/22, 9:20 AM 4/12/22, 9:20 AM Earth Day 2022 Fort Jackson will be celebrating Earth Day this year by having a week-long opportunity for community members to participate in cleanups in there foot prints and neighborhoods. Community members are asked to find an opportunity to do a cleanup in an area where you live work or a public space between April 16-22 and post their photos to social media using #FJEarthDay22.

Purpose of Earth Week 2022:
•  Allows organizations time to conduct much needed area beautification
•  Instills and reaffirms pride in our community
•  Allows abandoned areas to be adopted / cleaned
•  Gives units a week long window to clean up as mission allows
•  Promotes teamwork
•  Allows family members time to participate in their neighborhoods

The U.S. Congress established Days of Remembrance as the nation's annual commemoration of the Holocaust. Public Law 96-388 established the United States Holocaust Memorial Council and authorizes the actions of the council. Each year the President of the United States also issues a Presidential Proclamation for the observance. Our chosen theme for this year's observance is... "Be the Light in the Darkness."

The Red Cross will conduct a community blood drive at 4500 Hill Street in the 4th floor multipurpose room. One pint of blood can save up to three (3) lives so everyone is encouraged to come out and support this outstanding event.
