Unaccompanied Service Members (E7 & Up) and Civilian Personnel (DMC)

Army Housing manages and operates:

Private Rentals.

Centralized Furnishings Management Office (CFMO).

 

1.    Unaccompanied Housing needs. Army unaccompanied personnel in pay grades E-1 to E-6 will be assigned barracks immediately upon arrival by the barracks managers. Assignment will be according to the Single Soldier Housing Concept, the soldier’s sponsor will pick up the key for room assignment if arrival is anticipated after duty hours.

2.    The Soldier/Airman is to report to their unit barracks manager the next duty day to in-process. If there are no facilities available or projected to be available within 60 days, you will be issued a Certificate of Non-availability. All unaccompanied Soldiers in grades E-6 and below will not receive TLA if barracks are available. Before you stay in the hotel, be sure to check with your unit or barracks manager.

3.    Camp Darby Single Soldier Housing is under the 1+1 concept. Private bedrooms, large built in closets common bathroom, and kitchen area. Laundry facilities are located within the building,. Air Force unaccompanied personnel in pay grades E1 to E6, 731st MUNS will assign barracks room. Pending there is no barracks space the member will be issued a CNA by the barracks manager and report to the Housing Division t to in-process.

Unaccompanied Military E-7 and above: Must report to the Housing Office within two duty days of arrival.
