Once you signed for Government/ or private leased quarters, we will open a furnishings account, if you select/or have furnishing, we will schedule a furnishings delivery or pick up.
A picture book is also available at CFMO locations to help with selection.
Loaner items are critical and must be returned on the 91st day by calling the CFMO office M-F, 48 hours prior to the items needing to be picked up. This is to prevent hardship for the quality of life of other incoming/outgoing personnel.
If you need to place a work order for the government furnishings in your government quarters, please get in touch with CFMO at DSN: 314-646-2560/61/63/67 or COMM: +39 0444-712560/61/63/67.
Borrowed CFMO furnishings and appliances, cannot be placed outside the Government Quarters, including stairwells and balconies. Residents are allowed two delivery and two pick-up appointments without charge.
Please use the following appointments wisely.
1. When you are assigned to Government Quarters and waiting for your Household Goods (HHG) to arrive, you are allotted 1 delivery and one pick-up.
2. When you terminate Government Quarters and your HHG is being packaged for shipping, if you choose to receive temporary furnishings, you have one delivery and one pick-up.
Please remember that when it is time to clear your government quarters, all furnishings must be placed back in the proper designated areas, such as dining furnishings placed in the Eat-In Kitchen or Dining Area and bedroom furnishings and Wardrobes placed back in bedrooms. Also, when clearing, if you have the temporary furniture picked up, the AFN Digital Cable Box and Transformers can be picked up with the furniture items. Please ensure they are listed on the Hand Receipt when the contractor picks up items.
